LOCAL POLICY INFO - Costless Car Rental
Pick up Airport or Picking up a customer in general:
Please call our office immediately upon landing so the arrangement can be made and you will be served immediately upon exiting the terminal. After picking up your baggage come out of the glass door and wait for our shuttle to pick you up. We will call you on your cell phone when the pick-up car / shuttle is 5 min away.
We are located very close to most Airports.
Please remember to bring with you a printout of the reservation page/pages if you reserved online.
Rental Policy Customer Requirements:
* CURRENT DRIVING LICENSE (ORIGINAL)
* CREDIT CARD (IN THE DRIVERS NAME) (If paying by Credit Card)
The name on the driver license must match exactly the imprinted name on the credit card..
* INSURANCE THAT WILL COVER THE VEHICLE AND LIABILITY
If you don't have insurance you can purchase insurance from us.
(Declaration page of your policy should be enough this page must show your coverage, expiry date, name of insured etc.) you can also have it faxed or emailed to us by your insurance company if you do not have access to this information.
You can fax or email us the proof of insurance if you can.

Age Requirements
In order to rent from Costless Car Rental you need to have a valid drivers license.
ADDITIONAL DRIVERS:
Drivers have to be added to the rental agreement.
LOCAL RENTERS: LIVING/RESIDING IN LOS ANGELES AREA/COUNTY:
You will need:
DRIVING LICENSE
MAJOR CREDIT CARD, DEBIT CARD, CASH, CHECK, PREPAID CARD MORE FORMS ARE ACCEPTED, PLEASE CALL YOUR LOCATION
VERIFIABLE PROOF OF FULL COVERAGE INSURANCE (YOU HAVE THE OPTION TO BUY INSURANCE FROM US)
MAXIMUM MILEAGE ALLOWED PER DAY WILL BE DEPENDING ON THE VEHICLE
For travel to any other states in US: Written authorization with additional charges has to be taken before taking the delivery of the vehicle.
International Drivers License (IDL)
All requirements above should be satisfied; In addition:
For all licenses which are issued by any other country than USA.
Renters should bring in the original license which should be valid for the entire duration of the rental.
Driver’s license with no expiry date will be accepted if accompanied by IDL with 1 year validity.
Costless Car Rentals reserve the right to deny specific non verifiable proof of licenses where there is a reasonable suspicion of the license not being valid or expired.
No Smoking
If the Vehicle is returned smelling of smoke from any source, you will be charged a cleaning fee to remove the smoke odor.
Deposit Requirements
All forms of Deposits are accepted, Call your closest location.
Payment Methods:
Please call your Location to see which deposits are accepted.
Deposits will be refunded back to the card upon return of the rental vehicle.
With a Major Credit Card:
Renters must accept our full coverage (CDW and SLI) insurance unless the renter provides proof of third party coverage, or your own coverage. Proof must be provided in English and be valid for the United States and the appropriate dates of travel. Credit Card Insurance Coverage will be accepted for Collision Coverage (CDW).

Early Returns Policy
Please call your location for their current early return policy.
Unused Extra Fuel
No refunds / reimbursement on any or all unused fuel in the vehicle when the vehicle is returned
Parking Ticket Violations
The primary renter is responsible for all tickets/violations issued to the rental vehicle and must pay these violations to the authorities that issued the ticket.
A $50.00 administration fee will be assessed for each ticket/violation regardless of payment status; rental is responsible to pay the cost of the parking violation or any tickets, toll roads etc directly to the issuing agency.
CANCELLATION POLICY
If your reservation was confirmed, Please call us to let us know as soon as possible.
SHOULD YOU CHOOSE TO CANCEL YOUR RESERVATION, PLEASE GO VIA THE CHANNEL WHERE YOU HAD BOOKED YOUR RESERVATION (I.E. CARRENTALS.COM).
TAXES
Sales Tax, We charge sales tax.
